气动泵控制箱

产品用途：用于气动输浆泵自动控制

工作原理：每台圆网印花机配置一台电气自动控制箱、通过24V直流电将信号传给控制箱，通过电子元件将信号放大，控制各泵的电磁阀，使泵工作或停止。实现自动控制，无需人工操作。

安装与保养

　　安装时须立式安装，用螺栓将泵固定牢固。每台泵安装一个油雾器，一个球阀，接通气源。进浆管用钢丝管，出浆管用橡胶管或软管。泵的正确使用与保养可以延长使用寿命。每个班工作完毕后在清洗泵外部的同时把进浆管通入清水，开启泵把泵内余浆打出，防止在泵内凝结。

　　经常检查油雾器是否有机油。气马达的润滑是靠压缩空气通过油雾器，调节油雾器进油螺钉，使进油量适当。输送的浆料要过滤，细小的杂质会磨损泵的活塞和缸体。

　　泵的自动控制是用在非人工操作控制液面达到规定位置，液面与液位探杆接触或分离并向电器控制箱发出信号，信号被电控线路板放大后送到电磁阀，使其开启或关闭输浆泵，实现自动控制，勿需人工操作。

Working principle: every rotary screen printing machine is equipped with an electric automatic control box, and the signal is transmitted to the control box through 24V DC. The signal is amplified by electronic components, and the electromagnetic valve of each pump is controlled to make the pump work or stop. Automatic control is realized without manual operation.

Installation and maintenance

The installation must be installed vertically, and the pump is fixed firmly with the bolt. Each pump is equipped with an oil mist, a ball valve, and an air source. Steel pipe for intake pipe and rubber pipe or hose for pulping pipe. The correct use and maintenance of the pump can prolong the service life. After the work of each class after cleaning the pump outside the pump at the same time, the pipe into the water, open the pump to pump out the slurry, to prevent the condensation in the pump.

Check the oil mist regularly. The lubrication of the air motor depends on the compressed air through the oil mist, adjusting the oil intake screw for the oil mist, so that the oil intake is appropriate. The slurry to be conveyed should be filtered, and the small impurities will wear out the piston and cylinder of the pump.

The automatic control of pump is used in non manual operation to control the liquid level reaches the specified location, liquid level and liquid level probe contact or separation and sends a signal to the electrical control box, electric control circuit board signal is amplified to the solenoid valve, which opens or closes the transmission pump, automatic control, without manual operation.
